Dale Smith shares his father's story of U.S. Army service in World War II at Ramgarh Training Center in India. William H. Smith served in the CBI Theater at Ramgarh attached to the 527th Ordnance Company (Heavy Maintenance). Over one hundred photos and background information from Dale help tell the story.
